1) SDSUid Password reset/Recovery options (NEW USERS) not working.
New users activating SDSUid account will not be able to change password or set recovery options.
We are working with Microsoft to resolve the issue and will update when we have a solution.
2) SDSUid password expiration emails were sent to faculty, staff and students.
For Faculty and Staff: This does not affect your existing email account, only your SDSUid account which is not an email account.
For Students: You will need to claim your account
