Current Status

Some Office 365 (O365) users are experiencing problems changing their password. Errors that might display are: 1) "We could not change your password" or 2) "Make sure your entry is correct.".

We have contacted Microsoft and are working to find a solution to the issue.

As a workaround, at portal.office.com, select the "Can't access your account?" option and recover your account to change your password. If you continue to have issues, please send an email to etshelpdesk@mail.sdsu.edu and we will contact you on 1/17/17 after we return from the holiday.

Any updates will be posted when available.
